Every phone call is chilling. Each ring my heart drops. Shivers go up and down my spine and my breath shortens. It’s just a phone call that is closer to the worst phone call ever.
Every second I’m not distracting myself I am praying and hoping for a Christmas miracle. Something that will make this nightmare a distant dream. Something that will give us hope again.
